1. Project Introduction
Completed in 2023, the International Academic Exchange Center of the Jiayu Teaching Reform Base (South Campus) of Wuhan Donghu University is a classic case of high-quality stone solutions delivered by Musk Casa, a hotel stone engineering expert and a full-industrial-chain stone solutions provider. 3. The University & The Campus
Wuhan Donghu University is a private undergraduate university, formerly known as the East Lake Branch of Wuhan University — one of the first four independent colleges established in the country. The existing Wuhan campus and the Jiayu Teaching Reform Base (South Campus) are wholly owned by Group 8 (Tianye Group Co., Ltd.) of Guanqiao Village, Jiayu County, Xianning City. Today, the university ranks first among similar universities in Hubei Province and is rated a “China’s first-class private university.”
The South Campus is located in Jiayu County, Xianning City, 60 kilometers from the Wuhan campus. It adopts the design concept of “symbiosis” with the city, with the campus architecture themed on “Chu Yun Dui Yuan and Liu Shang Zhi Gu.” Covering six major functional areas — administrative exchange, teaching and training, public activity, student living, sports activity, and academic innovation — the overall layout unfolds like a blooming lotus flower, magnificent and spectacular.

4. The International Academic Exchange Center
Located in the South Campus, the International Academic Exchange Center is a large-scale comprehensive hotel planned, designed and built to five-star standards, offering accommodation, catering, conference services, training, academic activities and tourism reception. It covers a 50,000-square-meter site with 80,000 square meters of construction area, and features 436 guest rooms of various types accommodating more than 800 people; 17 banquet halls and luxurious private rooms seating 600 at one time; and a 1,200-square-meter Chinese and Western cafeteria serving more than 1,200 diners simultaneously.
A multifunctional conference hall for 800 people and an academic lecture hall for 400 people, together with several small conference rooms, can host meetings and events for up to 1,600 people. The facility is further equipped with an administrative lounge, lobby bar, tea bar, heated swimming pool, gymnasium and other service amenities.
